I also play the piano, however, I'm not as good. I love music and random things. I like pictures of puppies and babies.
And this blog is where I spend my time when I should be doing other things like leaving my room and practicing.
I'm actually very shy and I'm not one for small talk but I would like to think I'm very nice. However, I am one for honesty and sometimes I say things that are both truthful and hurtful. So, I suppose I'm not so nice. But it's okay, though.

Easy White Chocolate Waffles with Cheesecake Topping
and Homemade Strawberry Syrup
Waffles:
2 cups Jiffy baking mix (you can use Bisquick or another mix)
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp Butter, melted
1 package White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
Mix and cook as directed by your waffle maker
Cheesecake Topping:1 package Cream Cheese (8 ounces)
1 cup lite Cool Whip or whipped cream
2 tsp Vanilla
2-4 tbsp Powder Sugar
Blend with hand mixer until whipped smooth, chill.
Strawberry Syrup:2 cups frozen Strawberries, quartered
3 tsp Agave Nectar (you can also use light corn syrup)
1 tsp Vanilla
Cook over medium/high heat for 10-15 minutes, mash and allow to partially cool.
Put it all together, top with fresh strawberries, and enjoy!!
